3. Is this an Assemblies of God Event?
   No. This event is not affiliated directly with the Assemblies of God. Thanks to the generosity of Harvest Assembly of God and their Women’s Ministry we are able to use this space as our venue for 2023.

4. When does registration open?
   Thursday, June 1st at 12 am

5. When does registration close?
   Thursday, August 31st at 11:59 p.m.

6. Can I register on-site?
    No, all registrations need to be completed by

7. Do you offer a group discount?
    We do not offer a group discount at this time.

8. I have a daughter I would like to bring, what age is this conference appropriate for?
    We would love to have your daughter join you! This event is for those in high school or older.

9. Can minors attend without a parent/guardian?
    No. All minors must purchase their own ticket and be accompanied by their parent or guardian to the conference. Tickets will be checked upon arrival each day and no one under 18 will be allowed entry without their parent or guardian.

10. Do you offer any need-based scholarships?
      It is our heart at Holy & Whole to have this conference be accessible to all women. At this time we are working to secure funding for scholarships. If we are able to offer them for 2023 we will share on our IG and FB pages when the funds and applications are available with clear instructions. Fill out form here.

11. Do you have a sample of the schedule?
     Yes, you can find the schedule on our FB page and under the schedule section here in EventBrite.

12. When should I arrive?
     Doors will open 30 minutes before the listed start time.

13. Is there reserved seating for this event?
    All seating is first come first served. Friday night will be yoga mat seating, please bring a towel or yoga mat; chairs available for anyone unable to sit on the floor. Saturday will be table seating.

14. Do you have preferred hotels in the area?

15. What are the local airports near the venue?
     Dallas- Love Field (Southwest Airlines), approximately 50 minutes from the event site
     DFW Airport (all other carriers), approximately 40 minutes from the event site

16. Will you be providing a shuttle from the airport to the church?
      No. Transportation for the weekend is the responsibility of the ticket holder. Car rentals are available at the airport.

17. What should I bring?
     A bible, journal, pens, yoga mat or towel and a water bottle.
     Although snacks will be provided, you are welcome to bring your own snacks of preference.

18. What should I wear?
      This is an athleisure type of conference! We will be providing opportunities for  you to move your body in gentle and joy filled movement in the form of drumstick cardio and stretching. Please come dressed to sit comfortably on the floor and workout. Please wear comfortable and supportive shoes.

19. What is Joyful Movement?
     Joyful movement is a way of approaching physical activity that emphasizes how you feel in your body, how you want to feel overall, and choosing forms of exercise for physical support, mental satisfaction, and spiritual freedom.

20. Something came up and I cannot attend, do you offer refunds?
      We do not offer refunds but you are welcome to give your ticket to someone or sell it for what you paid. If you ordered a t-shirt we cannot change the t-shirt size to fit the person who you give your ticket to.

21. Are you accepting sponsorships for the conference?
